Service Connection Requirements

  1. Attend pre-membership orientation seminar.
  2. Submit the following duly signed and sealed by Professional Electrical Engineer (PEE) and approaved by Municipal Engineer.
    • Electrical plans
    • Application for electrical permit
    • Certificate of final inspection
  3. Membership Application
    • 3 copies of Job Order prepared by authorized electricians of BANELCO (or Licensed Electrical Engineers/Professional Electrical Engineers/Master Electricians).
    • Certificate of attendance in PMS
    • Payment for Membership Fee
  4. BANELCO schedule the installation and service dropping.
